This Valentine’s Day, at Eboca Restaurants, we have prepared an exceptional program for you to celebrate love in an unforgettable way. We invite you to enjoy special menus at our restaurants, where each dish has been designed to delight your senses and create memorable moments.
Aldapeta – San Sebastián
At Aldapeta, we offer a special menu for 62€ that includes succulent dishes such as: Galician scallops grilled with garlic and parsley; crab and sea urchin in the Donostiarra style; and grilled monkfish with pan-fried potatoes pil pil as the main course.
Additionally, you can add a spa circuit and a 25-minute massage for an extra 50€ per person. A perfect combination for a day of relaxation and romance!
Pulso by Eboca and Bloved – Madrid
In the capital, Pulso by Eboca and Bloved have also prepared special menus. Pulso offers the option to add a spa circuit, one of the largest in Madrid. On the other hand, Bloved will surprise you with dishes such as: pumpkin-filled tortelli with boletus cream and truffle aroma or wild sea bass with crushed potatoes and seasonal mushrooms. All this for 55€, drinks included.
Azahar and Panorámico – Ronda
At Azahar, you will enjoy views of the Ronda mountains with a menu that highlights local products, while at Panorámico, right in the city center, you can savor a sushi dish and a limited-edition dessert for the occasion.
Filigrana, Kurai, Simultáneo, Pelai, Sintonia, and Palmer – Barcelona
In Plaza España, you can choose between the elegance of Filigrana, the exoticism of Kurai, or the tireless Simultáneo, all located in the Catalonia Barcelona Plaza. Each will offer a tasting menu specially designed for this date, featuring dishes such as: Amélie oyster nº3 with passion fruit granita and ponzu with salmon roe; mackerel grilled Japanese style with peas from Maresme and shiso; beef tenderloin with foie and caramelized onion with palo cortado; or large duck ravioli with sheep cheese cream and orange demi-glace.
At Palmer, 50 meters high, you will enjoy unbeatable views of the city along with our usual tasting menu and a surprising dessert: yogurt mousse with salted caramel cream and a crunchy base of caramelized pistachio. At Sintonia, you will also find the usual tasting menu, but with a drink designed for the occasion. And if you want to extend the celebration, Pelai will offer a special menu on February 13, 14, and 15.
Filigrana Santo Domingo – Santo Domingo
Finally, on the other side of the ocean, Filigrana Santo Domingo also joins the celebration with a special menu.
