ESPOLÍN IS READY FOR “FALLAS”

After several months of pause to refresh its image, Espolín is reopening its doors to welcome its most loyal customers and celebrate the Fallas of Valencia. The renovation has transformed the space into a completely different, cozy, and modern place, ideal for enjoying a unique gastronomic experience. And what better time to introduce it than during the iconic Fallas of Valencia, one of the most anticipated and celebrated festivals in the city.

To celebrate this reopening, a special Fallas menu has been designed, largely paying homage to the rich culinary tradition of Valencia. This varied menu includes a selection of dishes made with fresh products, ensuring an authentic and delicious experience. You can indulge in, for example, a brioche bread pepito filled with ratatouille, a good Molino Roca rice with cuttlefish and red shrimp, or our well-known torrija with meringue milk ice cream and toffee, available only until March 19th.
