Enjoy the “Escudella Menu” at Les Finestres de Llúria

The winter season is here and with it, the opportunity to enjoy one of the most emblematic dishes of our gastronomy! From December 1st, Les Finestres de Llúria invites you to delight with its new Escudella Menu, a culinary experience that you will not want to miss.

For only 25€, you can enjoy a feast that begins with a delicious aperitif: homemade cod fritters accompanied by an exquisite romesco sauce. This first bite will open your appetite and prepare you for what is coming.

The star of this menu is, of course, the traditional escudella, a comforting stew that combines the best vegetables and meats, cooked over low heat to highlight all its flavors. Each spoonful is a warm hug on a cold day, perfect to share with friends and family.

And to close this gastronomic experience with gold brooch, you will enjoy a Catalan cream with its homemade biscuit (carquinyoli). This dessert, creamy and sweet, is the perfect end for a meal that celebrates tradition and good food.

The Escudella Menu will be available every Wednesday and Thursday, but if you can not visit us these days, do not worry! You can also enjoy it the rest of the week, you just need to make a prior reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
