Cod Gastronomic Days arrive to Ascent
We are excited to announce that the Ascent restaurant, located in the Catalonia Catedral Hotel in Barcelona, is preparing for a very special culinary celebration: the Cod Days! From April 7th to 21st, you can enjoy an exquisite selection of dishes that pay tribute to this delicious fish. Whether you prefer to savor the dishes individually or add a special touch to your favorite menus for a small supplement, we have something for every taste! Here’s a sneak peek at some of the delights you can savor:
– Esqueixada our way: A fresh dish of shredded cod, accompanied by dates and Kalamata olives. A combination that will surprise you!
– Giraldo cod carpaccio: Delicate and full of flavor, served with lime jelly, tapenade, truffle, and pickled Figueres onion. An explosion of textures and flavors!
