SOLES REPSOL 2025 GALA

Last Monday, March 17th, we had the pleasure of attending the Repsol Soles Gala, held at the Guimerá Theatre in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

This event not only highlights Catalonia Hotels & Resorts commitment to gastronomy through its culinary seal, but it was also a wonderful opportunity to share moments with some of the best chefs in the country to introduce them to our restaurants.

During the gala, two new restaurants were awarded 3 Suns: ‘La Finca’ by Susi Díaz in Elche and ‘Bagá’ by Pedro Sánchez in Jaén. With the motto ‘Tenerife has more than one sun’, the 2025 edition also awarded 17 new establishments with 2 Suns and another 71 with 1 Sun.

The Repsol Guide recognizes the quality and excellence of restaurants across Spain, and we hope this was just our first contact.
