From March 9th to 19th, Espolín Restaurant will be steeped in tradition to celebrate one of Valencia’s most emblematic festivals: Las Fallas. With a welcoming spirit and a commitment to local gastronomy, we’ve designed a special menu that pays homage to our flavors, perfect for enjoying in good company.

Our new menu features a selection of three appetizers designed for sharing, ideal for beginning this culinary experience. This year, we invite you to savor dishes that evoke the authentic essence of our region, perfect for whetting your appetite.

Next, you’ll have the opportunity to choose your main course from three options: delicious fresh fish, succulent meat that will delight food lovers, or a flavorful rice dish or “fideua”, emblematic of our culinary culture. Each option has been prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

And to end this experience on a sweet note, we couldn’t leave out our desserts, where tradition meets a touch of creativity.
