Welcome summer: Simultáneo’s tapas and Bonanto appetizer at one table
A night to remember! Last Wednesday, July 9th, we had dinner at Simultáneo to welcome the summer season. Since flavors are enjoyed more when shared, we paired our iconic dishes with a Bonanto appetizer – perfect for those nights when you crave something new and refreshing!
We had the privilege of having expert guests in gastronomy who enjoyed the renowned Catalan spritz along with the signature dishes of Simultáneo, which included our famous roasted pork and apple croquette, Olivier salad with tuna tartare, pork bao and the unmissable truffled bikini with Iberian ham and brie. For the happy ending that everyone awaited, a dulce de leche flan. And, if this could be improved, of course it would be with applause after a live piano session to liven up the evening, as is usual at Simultáneo.
Sharing moments, experiences and enjoying without rushing is a must at Simultáneo, although there is no doubt that good gastronomy with a fresh and delicious appetizer makes it even better. Shall we repeat it soon?
