GASTRONOMIC ROUTE D.O. PENEDÈS AT SIMULTÁNEO

This October is the celebration of the 1st DO Penedès Gastronomic Route in Barcelona, a series of pairing dinners in which three restaurants offer a tasting menu and 12 wineries from the DO Penedès provide their selected wines to accompany these dishes. And, as it could be expected, Simultáneo will be one of the hosts of this event in the city.

Within the framework of Foodie Black Week, Simultáneo will offer a tasting menu to whet the appetite, consisting of some of the star dishes from their menu:

– Roast pork and apple croquette
– Citric sea bass and octopus ceviche
– Beef steak tartare with Paris butter
– Grilled octopus and mango with black garlic and toasted sesame
– Beef tenderloin with foie poêlé Jerez-style onioned
– Vanilla mousse, white chocolate and cocoa-soaked dessert

Guided by a sommelier who will elevate this experience to the next level with the Davinat 2024 wines from
Gramona, Ancestral Macabeu 2022 from Can Lleó de Vilanoveta, Mountain 2023 from Celler Bertha, and El Vol de Nit 2019 from U Mes U.
