Gastronomic Pota Blava, Carxofa del Prat days

We attended the official presentation of the upcoming Pota Blava, Carxofa del Prat Gastronomic Days. This initiative aims to promote local products: chicken and artichoke. It is based on the creation of various menus prepared by 25 restaurateurs, available from March 5 to April 6. This year, the event featured Martina Puigvert (Les Cols) as its ambassador.
